DESCRIPTION

Metal  ISO box containers, sizes 10ft, 15ft and 20ft, equipped with tanks and equipment for the storage and handling of Diesel fuel and lubricants; they are approved by the Italian Ministy of Interior  in compliance with M.D. 19.03.1990. They are available in two versions: single-compartment only for Diesel fuel and double-compartment for Diesel fuel and lubricants.



General features:

  • Frame in cold-formed steel profiles, with upper and lower corner blocks.
  • Walls and roof in trapezoidal hermetically electrowelded sheet steel.
  • High bearing flooring in sheet plate, 3 mm thickness; floor is hermetically welded to form a secondary containment basin to catch maintenance spills.
  • Double steel swing-door on one head with gaskets,  and weather proof venting grids.
  • Possibility of handling with crane or forklift.
  • Galvanised locking bars.
  • The container will be sandblasted and coated with two-part of epoxy paint.
  • Electric system single-phase 220 compliant with CENELEC (single-phase 220 V), consisting of switchboard (protection level: IP55) with main switch, socket, and lighting point with on/off switch for each compartment.
  • Grounding and equipotential connection point.


The double-compartment version is addionally fitted with:

  • Partition steel wall, hermetically welded.
  • Double steel swing-door on both heads provided with gaskets and weather proof venting grids.
  • Lubricant compartment provided with a spill containment basin in carbon steel sheet with zinc-coated grating.
  • Two shelves for set up on the partition wall for storage of oil cans and containers.
  • Lubricant compartment: electric system consisting of switchboard with main switch, socket, lighting point with on/off switch.

Optional - for both versions:

  • Lockable Hinged steel or aluminium roof trapdoor, gas piston operated, set up  in correspondence of the tank manhole (800 x 800 mm).
  • Wide range of fuel and lubricant handling equipment.
