Fuel meters

Fuel meters

DESCRIPTION

M3H / M4H
M3H and M4H are nutating-disk meters that measure the exact quantity of the dispensed fuel or lubricant. They are designed for non-commercial use only. These flow-meters are reliable, inexpensive, easy to install and simple to calibrate on the workplace.

The Pulser model is fitted with a pulse emitter for connection to a fuel management system.
Thanks to reduced flow resistance, they can also function by gravity.

Technical Data:

Performance Specifications

K600
Electronic oval gear meter providing high accuracy flow measurement across a range of fluids.
K600 gear meter is suitable for flows up to 100 litre/min. A larger 1 ½” version capable of handling flows up to 150 litre/min is also available.
The principle of construction allows the meter to be installed into tight corners of pipe work as it is not affected by turbulence in the flow. Likewise the device can be used to measure fluids with varying viscosities, making it particularly suitable for measuring oil products with different process temperatures. An electronic display is directly mounted on to the measurement chamber which displays the various flow data.
Alternatively a pulse output can be supplied instead of the display.
Integral filter screen included. Suitable for pumped systems only.

Specification & Performance:

  • A wide range of flow rates
  • High precision over the entire range with accuracy of +/- 0.5%
  • Low loss of head
  • Ease of interfacing to digital volume indicators
  • Flow rates:  3/4" oil flow range:  6 to 60 litres/min, 1" diesel flow range: 10-100  litres/min, 1 ½” diesel flow range: 15-150  litres/min.
  • Operating pressure: 3/4” oil flow meter: 70 bar max, 1” diesel flow meter: 30 bar max

Displays:

  • 5 digit resettable, partial display, height 11.5mm (from 0.001 to 9.999)
  • 8 digit total display, height 5mm

M24
K24 Flow Meters are designed to meet a wide range of product delivery measuring requirements in non-resale applications.
It is a meter for delivering low viscosity fluids with a turbine measuring system. Easy to install, in line or at the end of a delivery pipe, equipped with an easy-to-read, compact screen.
The meter can be installed directly onto the nozzle for convenient, on-the-spot reading of the quantity delivered.
Thanks to its strong casing and a sealed plug-in electronic card, this sturdy meter can be used in practically all conditions.
The card can be rotated for easy display reading from all angles. The microprocessor is powered by two easily replaceable, long-lasting batteries.
Simple, reliable, versatile, economic, the perfect instrument for managing liquid deliveries.
Available gasoline version.

Technical characteristics:

  • Turbine meter / flow meter for calibration
  • Partial display 5 digits
  • Totaliser 6 digits
  • Inlet/outlet: 1"

Performance

  • Accuracy: +/- 1% within the flow range
  • Repeatability:  0.2 %
  • Flow rate: 10 to 120 litres/mn
  • Loss of pressure < 0.15 bar
  • Can be calibrated

Bulk Fuel Meters:
Wide range of positive displacement flow meters, designed to offer the ultimate in measurement accuracy for custody transfer of petroleum products, aviation fuels and a broad range of industrial liquids. These meters incorporate a unique design, presenting minimal intrusion in a flowing stream of liquid, as well as minimal pressure drop through the meter. They consist of a housing in which three synchronized rotors turn with no metal-to-metal contact. Hydraulic sealing is accomplished by a stationary boundary layer of liquid, not by the wiping action of mechanical parts.

Main Features:

  • Low pressure drop: will operate on gravity flow or pump pressure
  • Sustained accuracy: no wear from metal-to-metal contact inside the measuring chamber means minimal deterioration in accuracy over time, fewer recalibrations, and longer service life. Meters conform to NIST and International Weights and Measures accuracy requirements
  • Wide temperature range: products can be metered accurately from -40°F (-40°C) to 160°F (71°C)
  • Wide viscosity range: these meters can accurately meter products from less than 30 SSU (less than 1 centipoise) to 1,500,000 SSU (325,000 centipoise)
  • Rated to 150 PSI/10.5 bar.
  • Flow rate: up to 3.300 LPM.

 Material of  Construction:

  • Meter and rotors: Cast aluminium (other metallurgies available including cast iron and stainless steel)
  • Internal components: aluminium, Ni-Resist, stainless steel, iron-
  • Seal materials: Buna-N, Viton, PTFE
  • Bearings: Carbon, PTFE, Ni-Resist
