DESCRIPTION
Polyethylene tank for Diesel fuel transport, in exemption from ADR - paragraph 1.1.3.1.C
Compact and light, manufactured in roto-molded linear polyethylene, Carrytank 220 is equipped with the following fittings: filling plug, air vent device, fuel transfer unit, integrated forklift pockets (full tank), handles for lifting and carrying (empty tank) and integrated recesses for securing with ratchet lashing strap during transport. All the fittings are made of aluminum or materials compatible with Diesel fuel.
Standard configuration, model Z1:
- DC fuel transfer pump (12 or 24 V), flow rate 40 l/m,
- battery power cable (4m) and clamps,
- 4 m of antistatic rubber hose
- automatic fuel nozzle.
- Digital turbine flow meter, model K24 (on demand).

Covering Lid made in ABS, designed and manufactured to provide protection against bad weather conditions, UV rays and equipped with lockable draw latches.

Strainer filter for Diesel fuel, transparent bowl and stainless steel filtering element, 60 µm.
Additional accessory: Carrytank 220 PVC covering (picture 10):
Covering made of fireproof PVC coated fabric, complete with hooks, elastic bands and upper hinges to ease delivery and filling operations.

Carrybund is a roto-molded polyethylene container for the containment of Carrytank 220, usable as a second watertight containment provided with e lockable safety lock.
Carrybund main characteristics:

Tank made in a specific polyethylene able to give safety warranty and resistance to the aggression of all type of petrols. It is provided with a volumetric vane pump, 12V battery operated or a manual piston pump. both ATEX certified, automatic nozzle and hose for gasoline, battery connection cable and grounding wire with clamp (picture 20). Digital fuel meter, ATEX certified is available on request.
